This week the median list price for Bonner County, ID is $772,400 with the market action index hovering around 36. This is less than last month’s market action index of 37. Inventory has held steady at or around 214.
 
  1. The average new listing price this last week is at $949,000 this weekwhile the 90-day overall average is $767,000. No movement from last week.
  2. The 7-day average per square foot this last week is $365 and the average 90-day per square foot is $370. No movement since last week.
  3. Property with a decrease in price is at 19.16% and the 90 Day Average at 34.46%. All 4 segments had minor drops.
  4. This week’s inventory is at 214 properties. The 90-day average for the area is 261.
  5. The “sweet spot” for buyers this week is prices around the $464,950 range. The average days on the market at that price point is 84 days.
